Bloom Bakery started in a rented kitchen in Indiranagar. Ananya quit her corporate job after realizing nobody in Bangalore was doing real sourdough — the kind that takes two days, not two hours. Three years later, we bake 200+ loaves a week and still refuse to use commercial yeast. Every cake, every loaf, every cookie goes from our oven to your table the same day.
